I’ve got both this and the French Oak stave. I’ve used this to age some poor man’s pappy. It’s worked quite well, as long as you follow the very clear instructions, you’ll very much enjoy these staves. It has completely changed the profile of my blend, and I will update this review in 30 days when I’ve had it going for 2 month.
